Business Development Executive/ Sales Executive
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing Management, Multimedia, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the events, concerts, or marketing services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong networking abilities with the ability to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly quotas.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the events and marketing industry.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s market landscape and a network of contacts in the region would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools to manage leads, pipelines, and reporting.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
- UAE driving license is an advantage
